Are you feeling tired, or run down? Have you been grumpy lately? Are you in need of an infusion of good energy? If so, don't worry, we're here to help!
In these classes you will be instructed and guided in simple meditations, enabling you to find true relaxation and rejuvenation. Through the practice of meditation, we can rest our mind in the experience of inner peace. As a result, stress and tension will naturally dissolve away, leaving us feeling lighter in body and mind. Gradually we will discover a natural source of positive energy within.

What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.

$50 for the entire series of 5 classes
$40 for Students, Seniors 60+, Veterans, First Responders, or limited income
$12 each class (feel free to drop in at any point in the series)

Parking
Validated parking is available for this class. We validate parking only in the Park Place Parking lot directly across from us on the corner of Lamar, Laws, Corbin and Munger directly across from the Temple. Do not pay in the lot. Just tell us your license plate number when you check in and we do the rest!
Live Streaming for this class is available for KMC Texas Monthly Members that are unable to attend in person.
