KMC Texas is hosting these chanted prayers (pujas). You may attend in person or online as indicated below. Everyone is welcome to join!

• Heart Jewel ▶️

• Offering to the Spiritual Guide (10th & 25th of each month and on Holy days) ▶️

• Tara Prayers (usually on the 8th of every month)

• Powa (monthly) ▶️

• Wishfulfilling Jewel with Tsog

• Melodious Drum with Tsog (27, 28, or 29 of each month).

• Quick Path to Great Bliss (HYT practitioners only, every Friday at 7am and with Tsog first Wednesday at 7pm)

• Confession of Moral Downfalls (aka 35 Confession Buddhas, third Wednesday at 7:30pm)

▶️ Offering to the Spiritual Guide and Powa prayers are also available online for KMC Texas members with a monthly Streaming Pass. Also, Heart Jewel prayers on Tuesday evening are offered when available (please check the calendar). To learn more about streaming, please click here.

Meditation prayers, often called pujas, are an important part of our practice. They help us to prepare our mind for successful meditation by creating mental transformation that comes from Buddha's blessings. They also help us to purify our mind of negativity and gather positive energy that comes from reciting and focusing on the meaning of the prayers.

Our daily chanted meditation practice is Heart Jewel. Other practices are done on a regular basis. See our Puja Calendar for exact times. Please feel free to drop in at anytime to learn about these.

Assist with Setup and Offerings

If you would like to assist with purchasing offerings or help with puja setup please email volunteers@meditationintexas.org. Both activities, done with the intention to benefit others, are wonderful ways to support your community and create good karma 🙌

If you are unfamiliar we will be happy to explain what needs to be done. Offerings purchased on behalf of the center will be reimbursed. If you are physically unable to shop for offerings we can also set you up to shop online.
