We have all experienced frustration when encountering the unexpected. From work to relationships to simply trying to meet our basic needs, the world is full of situations where we may face something we do not want, or we are not able to get what we do want. This can leave us feeling unsettled and unstable.
Using Buddhist wisdom, we can learn skills like patience, acceptance, and equanimity that help us gain confidence when encountering these situations.
Please join us this month where we learn how to gain freedom from frustration, and a more balanced mind and attitude towards the unexpected.
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.

$40 for the entire series of 4 classes

Parking
Validated parking is available for this class. We validate parking only in the Park Place Parking lot directly across from us on the corner of Lamar, Laws, Corbin and Munger directly across from the Temple. Do not pay in the lot. Just tell us your license plate number when you check in and we do the rest!
Live Streaming for this class is available for KMC Texas Monthly Members that are unable to attend in person.
