A Four Week Meditation Series in Plano

Feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
Every living being has the same basic wish - to be happy and to avoid suffering. From this point of view, we are all exactly the same. Knowing this, it makes no sense to consider our own happiness and freedom from suffering more important than anyone else’s.
How can we use this understanding when conversing with others? How can practicing compassionate communication strengthen our relationships and create peace in our own mind?
Join us Mondays in October for answers to these questions and more as we delve into Buddhist practices that will teach us the power of a compassionate intention in relationships.
What to expect:
- Classes are approximately 1-1/4 hours long.
- Classes include two guided meditations and a talk on Buddhism for everyday living.
- Occasionally Q&A is offered at the end of the class.
- Although part of a series, each class is self-contained so you can check out any single class or jump into the series midstream.
