Join us for a series of classes that will help us cultivate very important qualities of mind that foster inner strength and mental peace. We can learn how to face adversity and challenging or unwanted situations without letting them disturb our inner peace. We can learn to navigate life's difficulties without becoming upset, while also getting good results.
