Lamrim Retreat
Available In-Person and Online
The stages of the path, or Lamrim in Tibetan, is the heart of Kadampa Buddhism. Lamrim is a special set of spiritual teachings that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha and is also a very accessible and practical guide for successful meditation. This presentation is excellent for beginners. Everyone welcome!
This retreat will include all of the Lamrim meditations, as presented in How To Understand The Mind:

This retreat includes guided meditations and teachings. Lunch is not included on Saturday.
If you register for the full event, you can attend at your convenience and are not obligated to participate in every session.

Saturday Only
$25 Includes all sessions on Saturday only.
Individual Sessions
$8 Attend any individual teaching session on any day of the retreat. Chanted prayers are free and do not require registration.

Parking is easy!
Abundant metered street parking is available on Lamar, Laws, Griffin, Munger, Corbin and Ross and is less than $1/hour. Download the Parkmobile app on your phone, it's super easy!
A number of lots and garages are also available within walking distance for $6/ day.
