Creating Authentic Relationships - Full Day Retreat with Gen Kelsang Menla
Some relationships require a lot of effort and patience, while others feel like a breath of fresh air. Whether a romantic partner, a good friend, a co-worker or a family member, each of our relationships is an occasion to form meaningful, authentic connections with others, move wisely through conflict, and travel further along the spiritual path. We can learn how to accomplish all of these improvements through special teachings and meditations found within Buddhism.
Join us for this full day retreat offering Buddhist wisdom on how to establish relationships with greater authenticity, trust, love, and wisdom.
A delicious vegetarian lunch, served in our third floor community space, is included in the registration fee.
