Meditation Classes

Our weekly meditation classes are designed for people who are new to meditation and Buddhism, as well as those with more experience. They provide an introduction to meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhist teachings for daily life.

  • Classes range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  • Each class includes guided meditations.

  • You will learn how to use Buddhism for improving your daily life.

  • Classes sometimes include a Q & A period.

  • You can drop in for any class in a series. Each class is able to stand on its own.

  • No special clothing is required.

Buddha's teachings are concerned with the happiness of all living beings. They are relevant to everyone regardless of nationality, situation, gender, age, class or culture.
