Heart Jewel
with Lamrim Meditation
7:30am Monday – Friday
Everyone is welcome to participate in this practice which is the main daily practice of Kadampa Buddhism.
This sadhana includes two practices revealed by the Wisdom Buddha Manjushri. The first is a special Guru yoga in which we visualize our Spiritual Guide as Je Tsongkhapa, who himself is a manifestation of Manjushri. The second practice is a method for relying upon the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugdän. Through this, we can overcome obstacles to our practice and create favourable conditions so that we can nurture and increase our Dharma realizations.
There will also be time for silent meditation on Lamrim, the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, which is the condensation of all of Buddha's teachings.
Below is a list of all the practices performed at Kadampa centers. Click on a practice for more information about it.
