Meditations for a Kind Heart Retreat
Saturday, June 5th, 10am - 5pm
Learn meditations that help us to relate to others in a positive and caring way. By learning to cherish others, we discover a fountain of happiness in our own heart - our love for others.
Cost: $35 which includes a delicious vegetarian lunch
Setting up a Shrine
May 22nd, 9am - 1pm
Learn how to create your own sacred space for meditation practice. This course is ideal for beginners who would like to learn how to create a qualified Buddhist shrine and make offerings.
Cost: $20
